You may be a lot like me - sick and tired of the latest “flavor of the month” ways to pack on muscle. You know what I’m talking about.

Everywhere you turn there are conflicting opinions on how best to gain muscle and build the physique you’ve always dreamed of. And the problem is getting worse not better.

Every month there’s a “new” supplement or training program that we’ve been told will finally give us the body we deserve. After all, if you’re anything like I was, you’ve been working out with weights for a while now - and you still don’t have the type of build you’ve been after.

I can’t tell you how many times I’d tried to gain muscle, only to find that nothing seemed to work like it was supposed to.

Here’s The Whole Story:

I first started working out with weights in high school. I tried for a few months to build a bigger, stronger physique - only to find that nothing I did seemed to make any difference at all.

So like a lot of other guys who found that it wasn’t that easy to gain muscle, I gave up. And because I was so frustrated after several months of no progress, I didn’t touch another set of weight for six years.

It’s not that I didn’t want to, it’s just that I felt like a bit of a failure. Some guys I knew seemed to find gaining muscle real easy. They just had to look at a barbell set to put an inch on each arm.

I’m sure that some of these “easy-gainers” never really learned how a guy like me should train to get results - they just never had to.

Because everything they tried worked for them.

The Truth Comes Out

After six years of steering clear of anything that even resembled a gym, I decided to get in shape. In fact, I set the goal to build the best body I’d ever had in my life. The one that I’d wanted when I was in high school.

Well was I in for a big surprise. Not only did I not make much progress, I’m not entirely sure I made any progress at all. Well that’s not true. I did get a little stronger, but without any real signs of muscle growth.

But instead of giving up this time, and because I set myself a goal, I turned over every stone I could to try and find a training method that would work for me.

I tried everything from high sets training six days a week, to training only three total sets once every ten days - and everything in between. I mean I tried everything except performance enhancing drugs.

I’m not going to say much about steroids, because I’m no expert. I just felt that taking drugs simply wasn’t an option for me - there just had to be another way.

So I kept fumbling along with my training, never seeing anywhere near the muscle gains I was after. Until one day just a few short months ago I stumbled upon a “not-so-secret” secret that helped me gain more muscle in the past three months than I’d gained in the last six years combined.
