My name is Mike Buckinson, and I created the Huge Gains Fast Mini-Course because I was fed up with seeing hundreds of eager and frustrated people literally wasting their hard-earned money on worthless muscle-gain products and bodybuilding quick fixes.

So did any of these training programs, magic “quick-fixes”, and workout gadgets transform my body into a mass of steel with rippling muscles that the clever ads claimed we would get? Hell no! In fact, I got NO results whatsoever from all of that crap that I wasted thousands of dollars on over the years.

I was finally fed up over all of the wasted money and being taken for a fool one-too-many times, so I dedicated myself non-stop to researching as much legitimate information as I could get my hands on for gaining muscle (particularly for stubborn hard-gainers that are naturally skinny like myself), and developing the body as best as possible to get that “ripped” appearance.

I started immersing myself in some of the best legitimate exercise research journals out there, reading countless books from some of the best strength coaches and trainers in the world, and soaking up the techniques from some of the best nutritional books and journals from the top authorities in the world on the subject.

I also used my daily training, as well as my own simple methods, to determine “in the trenches”, what worked and what didn’t for gaining muscle as fast as humanly possible. The end result is a winning solution for gaining rock-hard muscle and developing a ripped physique the right way. And it’s all found in my Huge Gains Fast Mini-Course.

I know what you’re thinking…

“Gimme a break, I’ve tried it all before and seen it all before. How can your bodybuilding program be any different or better than all of the other programs out there that promise me the world?”

Well, I’ll cut out all of the BS, and go straight to the main points that make our method one of the most effective programs in existence for fully developing your body as well as getting that ripped, muscular look that you see in the bodybuilding magazines.

Alright, here’s what makes Huge Gains Fast Mini-Course different:

1. The main focus of this program is NOT on bodybuilding exercises… And, better yet, this program consistently get’s BETTER results by NOT focusing on bodybuilding exercises.

I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but the fact of the matter is that “bodybuilding” exercises are okay, and you do need to do a certain amount of them to develop the body as best as possible. But to be honest, most guys that are trying to get bigger muscles waste WAY too much time training the specific muscle groups directly. What you really need to focus on is switching on your body’s natural muscle building hormones.

Let’s get this straight right now… Bodybuilding exercises do NOT produce much muscle growth at all! This can only be accomplished through a much more effective full body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts. This is the main focus of my Huge Gains Fast method.

Now don’t get me wrong. It wouldn’t be a bodybuilding program if I didn’t show you the most effective exercises for developing your muscles. I also give you detailed instructions and descriptions on how to do them the right way. But like I said, the main focus of this newsletter is the secret method that I use to compile the full body training routines and maximize your muscle growth and hormone boosting effect.

This is the main reason that this program will be MUCH more effective for you than any other bodybuilding program you’ve tried before. You’ve got my word on that.

2. This program uses none of your typical boring monotonous bodybuilding routines.

In fact, you don’t have to do any typical routines if you don’t want to! I actually recommend against it.

Seriously, almost every program out there tells you that you MUST do endless workouts and exercise regularly to gain the muscle that is needed to look ripped. Most of them tell you to do 60-90 minutes of exercise 4-5 days/week in addition to your cardio routines.

The truth is that this is not only unnecessary, but it can actually be counterproductive if you’re really trying to get as muscular as possible, as quick as possible. I go into this in much more detail in my newsletter, but basically this all comes back to the aspects of your recovery ability, how much lean muscle you have, the hormonal response in your body from the exercise, and the residual calorie burn in the hours and days following your workouts. And normal boring moderate intensity bodybuilding routines are ALL WRONG when it comes to maximizing these effects.

Seriously, look at all of the people pumping away mindlessly in the gyms on the weight stations, benches, and pulleys day after day, week after week, year after year. Do their bodies look any better than they did last month, or even last year? I think NOT!

Now you’re probably thinking that since I’m against typical boring bodybuilding routines, then that must simply mean I’m a proponent of high intensity training. Yes, as a matter of fact, I believe high intensity training is MUCH better than typical bodybuilding routines.

However, I also use a special exercise selection, combination, and sequencing in my Huge Gains Fast method that gets even more powerful muscle gains and muscle defining results than high intensity training! Want proof that you don’t need typical long-duration volume-style workouts?

Well, first of all, I actually took a course recently that was devoted to scientific research into why long-duration strength exercise is actually not that effective at stimulating muscle growth. The focus of the research basically boiled down to the fact that muscles need to be trained in a short and infrequent manner to actually be truly stimulated to grow and ready for further gains down the road. Not only that, but long-duration training was also proven in the research studies to be far less effective in the long term at building muscle mass.

To give you a real life example… Personally, I haven’t done what most people would label “volume” in probably well over 5 years, and I’m actually bigger now and have a lower bodyfat % now than years ago when I did volume training regularly. Not only that, but my body is in the best condition ever, as I now consistently have more muscle mass than ever before weighing in at about 223 lbs (remember that bigger is better). My bodyweight used to be in the mid to upper 160’s years ago when I used to do normal volume and strength training routines like most people do.

This improvement in both muscle mass and reduced bodyfat % is the direct result of the unique training techniques I used in developing the methods revealed in my Huge Gains Fast Mini-Course.

3. This program does NOT revolve around having to use anabolic steroids or “muscle-growth” drugs.

Trust me when I say that for the most part, anabolic steroids are a complete waste of your hard earned money. I’ve also been approached by certain companies in the past looking for me to promote their products for them, and offering me a lot of money to do so. Well, you know what I do? I tell them to shove it! Seriously, I won’t promote something to my readers that I don’t honestly believe in.

The fact is, I’ve learned over the years through my own experience, as well as several of my friends experiences with steroids, that they are really just selling you the dream that these drugs will be some “magical” solution to your struggle with getting that muscular ripped body that you’ve been wanting for years. In reality, most so-called “steroids” available on the market today, do nothing at all to help you improve your body.

Don’t get me wrong… I’m not totally bashing supplement companies, but like I said, about 95% of the so-called “anabolics” they promote are worthless, and won’t create any noticeable changes in your body. I will admit that there can be a place for meal replacements for people that can’t find the time to prepare or pack all of their real food meals. I also admit that I do think that certain high quality nutritional supplements CAN help you build muscle and recovery faster from your intense workouts.

But the fact is that training THE RIGHT WAY is ALWAYS better for you than taking dangerous and illegal drugs (as long as you choose the right program). Anybody that tells you otherwise has either been brainwashed by all of the propaganda and super-hyped up promotions that the drug companies have spread throughout every magazine and website on the planet, or they have financial ties to selling steroids in some way themselves.

I have dedicated myself to not being lured into the lucrative world of selling these so-called “anabolics”. Even though I could make a lot more money selling empty promises than by telling you the TRUTH, it’s just plain against my morals to rip people off like that.

Frankly, it amazes me that most people are more willing to spend $400, $500, even $1000 or more on a course of anabolic steroids than to spend the time to understand and follow a comprehensive training and nutrition guide, which will set them up with a muscular and ripped body for life. The only thing that anabolic steroids will most likely give you is long-term health problems.

4. This program does not revolve around using any fancy “exercise machines” or “workout gadgets”.

In case you were suckered into buying any of these worthless weight belts, eazy-curl bars, ab machines, or any other worthless exercise gadget or machine, I have bad news… You were ripped off!

The truth is that most of these machines and gadgets are not the best way to develop your muscles. Sure, some of them may help a tiny bit with strengthening the body, but they are far less effective than some of the basic strength, free-weight, and barbell exercises.

Also, more importantly, virtually all of these exercise machines, belts, and gadgets do absolutely NOTHING to build muscle in the key growth areas! Seriously, they don’t do a damn thing to help you gain muscle throughout your entire body.

Again, building the muscle that’s going to give you that ripped look can only be accomplished with a smart nutritional program, and a well designed progressional training program that increases your muscle mass and stimulates the natural muscle-growth hormones in your body. 5. This program does not include some sort of insane diet or gimmicky nutritional program.

None of that here. I promise you won’t be given any more crap about needing to eat “low-carb” or “high-protein”, or low or high anything, for that matter. The nutritional secrets I reveal in this program go against all of the authors and companies out there that are trying to lure you in with another one of their gimmicks.

The fact is that they need to come up with some sort of different “angle”, so that their nutritional program appears unique and gives the media something to talk about. That’s why there’s always some gimmick, like low-fat, or low-carb, or high protein, or the “lean muscle”, the “low sodium diet” the fasting weight gain, the anabolic diet… you name it.

Instead, I wanted to give you the TRUTH about what it really takes to eat a nutritious diet that not only will have you gaining rock-hard muscle mass, but will also have you feeling full of energy every single day. If you don’t already feel energetic and alive every single day, then you are missing out, because it is an awesome feeling!

The great thing is that once you start eating balanced and healthy all the time, you virtually eliminate bodyfat altogether. Personally, I used to crave sugar constantly before Iadopted the nutritious diet that I currently eat. Now, I can honestly say I can’t remember the last craving I had. It had to be more than 5 years ago… no joke!

Not only that, but I actually enjoy everything Ieat way more than I used to years ago when I ate a lot of junk. Does that mean that I never eat burgers, or pizza, or beer? Of course not… We all have a social life. In fact, there are actually very healthy ways and variations to preparing healthier burgers and healthier pizza that I occasionally use.
