		<description>A few questions: (keep in mind that I am somewhat of a novice so know little);
1) How often does one do this excercise (I know one set, but once a week or so twice a week? etc...)
2) It is so exhausting to do this that one does nothing else in the gym that day?  
3)Do you skip the gym the next day...or more? 
4) Does one do the pullovers immediately after the aquats (30 seconds while one is still gasping for air) or after a few minutes?
