Hi Harneet,

If your bodyfat is really 24.7 % - I’d be following a calorie reduced diet to drop the bodyfat first. This would be the “Lose Fat,” option and results from the Calorie Calculator.

You should still train hard using the “Huge Gains Fast” program. This will ensure that the weight you are losing is fat and not muscle. I think you should get your bodyfat percentage down to around 10-12 % before you think about increasing your calorie intake.

While the recipe above is designed to give you an “additional” 125 grams of protein each day, you still need to consume a balanced diet that includes carbohydrates, proteins, and unsaturated fats.

If you include other foods like meat, poultry, eggs, and so on, PLUS consume liberal amounts of the "Get Big Drink" above, you should hit your protein requirements without too much trouble.

All the best,
Mike

PS: If you need a little extra advice on how to get lean, just drop me an email, and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Hello Sir Mike

Sir I check your every blog as soon as you post them. Because they are motivating.

But sir my question is that I used your online tool for my Calories
and sir my weight is 190 Kg and sadly my body fat percentage is 24.7
means poor(checked with body fat caliper)

your calore tool showed me and this is for Lose Fat and Gain Muscle

Protein -228,
Carbohydrates - 228,
Fat -51

Sir Getting that much protein is very expensive for me in Ireland
so I was just wondering If I eat 125gm of protein will I be able to complete my Goal. If I should increase then how much ? Or If I have to increase Carbohydrates or Fat for reducing my protein intake.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP SIR
