“You’ll Be Amazed At How Easy It Is To Boost Your Own Muscle Gains… Almost Overnight!”

This is the kind of story I love to share. It sort of “trashes” the jerks in bodybuilding’s self-righteous teaching circles by exposing their inability to help most non-steroid users with their training, and also reveals a simple, easy way to put your own muscle gains immediately on “hyper-overdrive.”

Here’s the whole story: When Kevin was four, his parents took him to be inoculated. When Kevin left school he went into selling real estate. By the time he was twenty he was good at it and ready for a promotion. His girlfriend rode a motorcycle. She urged Kevin to try. “It’s easy,” she said. “Like falling off a log.” Kevin fell off the motorcycle and broke his right arm in two places. He couldn’t work for three months and the promotion went to another man who didn’t ride motorcycles and never trusted anyone.

Kevin started weight training when he was twenty-four. And because he was very skeptical and evaluated everything carefully, and because he was violently opposed to wasting time and applied himself conscientiously, he made progress. He was small boned and finely muscled and because of this he put weight on slowly. By the end of the year he had a nice physique. Still slim, but defined and symmetrical.

But he needed more bulk, so I told him about some of the simple secrets to build muscle fast. He was skeptical. So I started at the beginning and went over the theory of muscle building from A to Xmas. I ended up with a simple program for him to “give a try.” You’ll add some serious muscle. You need more muscle, you know. “You’re still kinda skinny,” I told him.
