It’s sometimes nice to know there is a real person behind the website and I will be more then happy to respond to your individual questions.
Let me say a quick word to those of you who write me emails for training advice. If you want an answer that you can use, please, please, please observe the following:
- DO write clearly. State exactly what your problem is and list all the relevant facts.
- DO write your name clearly and fill in the subject line of your email so that my spam filter doesn’t crack a wobbly.
- DO NOT send money or donations. There’s no charge for the personal coaching, and it’s a nuisance hiding the money from my girlfriend. If I can help you in any way, you can consider it my pleasure – but expect me to call it how I see it when it comes to your training and nutrition.
