Here’s what will happen next: As soon as you hit “submit” you’ll be taken to a confirmation page. Your support request will be transmitted to our team by two ways:
- An email will be sent to the entire support team, alerting us that you’ve asked for help. We have an experienced team of full time staff members who work in our offices on the Gold Coast, (8 am to 6 pm M-F, EST).
- A support task will be placed in our tracking system, which permanently logs everything you submit here. When that happens, a support ticket is visible to the entire team.
Here’s how we respond: You can usually expect an email response within a few hours on weekdays. If you need us to contact you more urgently, let us know and we’ll do the very best we can. As a valued client, you are extremely important to us and we want you taken care of at the highest level… and that’s why we’ve researched and implemented the system you’re using now.
Our Customer Support Leader has worked full time in our business for three years and is on a first name basis with many of our clients. He takes great pride in making sure we follow through on our core values of providing outstanding customer experience.
