Welcome to the “Huge Gains Fast” Muscle Building Tips micro-blog. While I post longer and more involved training advice on my Huge Gains Fast blog, this “tips” blog is inspired by the micro-blogging service Twitter.
I’ll be posting short but helpful training tips here – and on a daily basis. These “quick tips” are proven, realistic ways to build muscle fast without wasting hours in the gym. And while they may be a little more than the 140 characters Twitter makes mandatory, they’ll still be short, worthwhile, and useful enough to apply to your bodybuilding workouts.
Read a few of my training tips, use them in your next workout, and watch as your muscle gains improve. You’ll find that I believe in hard and infrequent training on basic movements, which, when combined with a simple diet that is high in protein, produces rapid gains in muscle mass unlike any other method.
Don’t be fooled into using overly complicated training methods. Keep it simple.
